Very competitive rate: 35-45CHF per hour (DOE)
Contract: Initially 6-9 months (plus extensions)

Our fin-tech client require a Back Office "Quality & Risk Professional" to support their back office operations team. Well educated candidates with 1+ years industry experience will be considered.

Task & Responsibilities

  • Support the Banking Operations Risk Management Team in the context of the operational risk monitoring within the Control Room
  • Daily monitoring of the operational alerts and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Support in the Monitoring Framework enhancement and development
  • Support business lines in identifying and defining new controls
  • Support in performing data collection, reporting and internal ad hoc analysis
  • Support Risk Management team in daily activities

Knowledge, Skills and Education:

  • Degree in economics/finance
  • 2 years working experience in similar industries/field
  • Fluent English and Italian. German is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
  • Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
  • High flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Good team player
  • Capability to autonomously get around in a highly challenging, fast-paced and complex environment
