Our fin-tech client require a Back Office "Quality & Risk Professional" to support their back office operations team. Well educated candidates with 1+ years industry experience will be considered.
Task & Responsibilities
- Support the Banking Operations Risk Management Team in the context of the operational risk monitoring within the Control Room
- Daily monitoring of the operational alerts and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Support in the Monitoring Framework enhancement and development
- Support business lines in identifying and defining new controls
- Support in performing data collection, reporting and internal ad hoc analysis
- Support Risk Management team in daily activities
Knowledge, Skills and Education:
- Degree in economics/finance
- 2 years working experience in similar industries/field
- Fluent English and Italian. German is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
- High flexibility and willingness to learn
- Good team player
- Capability to autonomously get around in a highly challenging, fast-paced and complex environment
