A fast-growth FinTech client is currently recruiting a Credit Risk Manager to join a high-performance risk and compliance team north of London.

The client are a hugely exciting banking FinTech that are looking to diversify their risk expertise with the addition of this newly created role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Supporting oversight of credit risk

- Assisting the head of risk in creating a robust risk management framework, with a particular focus on credit risk aspects

- Review the firm's credit risk portfolio, exposures, and processes

- Adhere to regulatory guidelines

You must be able to demonstrate the following experience:

- 4+ years first/second line risk management experiences within financial services

- Significant credit risk subject matter expertise

- Banking/FinTech experience is required, commercial banking/lending experience is desirable

This role will require 3+ days a week based in the client's Hertfordshire offices long-term (Post-covid).
