We are looking for an Customer Success Manager to join a reputable and rapidly expanding business based from Manchester.
This SaaS company's technology is fully cloud based, highly configurable and supports hundreds of thousands of interactions every month.
This is a key role for the business to make sure that their customers are successful, lifelong advocates of their software. Utilising excellent relationship building skills, this manager will create strong & effective partnerships with both the customers & internal stakeholders.
You will also ensure the timely & quality delivery of projects & maintain very high customer satisfaction. You would be the primary owner of the operational relationships with customers, working closely with sales & Account Managers on new and existing customers.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a customer facing position - preferably with some exposure to customer success management
- Knowledge of a Software as a Service Business
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- An enthusiasm around working with customers
- Proactive in contributing to the continuous improvements of standards
- Self-motivated & conscientious
