- Lead project initiations between business units and development team
- Provide directions and solutions through design, implementation and integration
- Ensure digital deliverables are in compliance with business and stakeholder requirements
- Manage multiple team dependencies as well as stakeholder's expectations while ensuring timely deliveries
- Responsible for project plan creation and updating, status reporting to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or other related degree, PMP Qualified is preferred
- 10 year's of work experience in project delivery, preferably digital point of sales
- Previous exposure in delivering large-scale projects in insurance
- Strong project management skills with the ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident and outstanding communication and people management skills, especially in facing stakeholders
