Due to an internal promotion, our Insurance client is seeking to hire a Head of Compliance team to be part of its Leadership team.

As the Head of Compliance your key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and maintain the relationship with the regulators

- Support the Oversight of business compliance

- Ensure that there is a robust Compliance Framework in place

- Mentor, coach and lead the current team

- Perform the role of MLRO

- Assist with the PRISM reviews

The successful candidate will have:

- Prior Senior Compliance experience ideally from an Insurance background

- Proven leadership and relationship management experience
