A Market Leading Consulting Firm is looking for a Manager to deliver in change and transformation projects within their Insurance client's finance teams. In this role you will strategically partner with CFOs and Execs in improving the performance of their finance function, working on Target Operating Models and establishing FP&A functions.

You will be involved in:

- Financial Modelling, budgets, forecasts and business planning

- IFRS 17 implementation programmes

- Business development

- Future of Finance

- Finance Strategy

The successful candidate will be:

- A qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA or CIMA

- Experienced in finance transformation, either from a consulting back ground or industry

- Worked within Insurance or with Insurance clients

- Client is open to candidates moving directly from Audit
