The Role
In-house SAP CRM Functional Consultant | We are currently recruiting for an experienced In-house SAP CRM Functional Consultant for a leading Financial Services business based in Winterthur. This is an interesting and varied role which will see the successful In-house SAP CRM Functional Consultant be responsible for requirements gathering and engineering, process design and re-design as well as the analysis and creation of solution designs. You will also be advising internal customers and providing 3rd level support in the CRM environment, as well as creating specifications for the SAP CRM Development team. Fluency in German is essential for this role.
In-house SAP CRM Functional Consultant Requirements
- Strong previous experience of working as an in-house consultant in the field of SAP CRM / SAP Marketing
- Experience of requirements gathering and engineering, along with process design / re-design
- Previous experience of IT project management
- Experience of working with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team, along with the ability to also deliver autonomously at times
- Any hands-on experience of customisation SAP CRM would be beneficial
