Our client committed in the transport, logistics and real estate business, is looking for an IT Delivery Manager that will be responsible for ensuring that all infrastructure services are provided in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements and agreed asset project plans.
Main Activities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of an assigned specific areas.
- Manage and governs all Group users' activation/deactivation requests.
- Responsible for the application of the ICT Policy in the allocation of IT equipment/ telephony and ICT workstations.
- Efficiently interface with branch and corporate support staff negotiate realistic deadlines for needed services.
- Provide demanding service, also managing external suppliers (portfolio).
- Develop/maintain operational procedures so that a valid, site-specific post orders are always available for emergency reference by the security staff at each client site.
- Checks and verify periodically cost-effectiveness of contacts and users/licenses, supporting the CIO in decisions and changes
- Manage the Service Desk Department and its Team.
- Keep internal clients satisfied with the company's services through managing projects, fixing any reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets and helping lead the professionals responsible for getting services delivered to clients.
- Collaborate with HR Organization for the correct application of the ICT Policy, for assignments and for privacy issues
Studies and Experiences
- Bachelor 's degree (Computer Science or Computer Engineering) or master
- Fluent English
- At least 3/5 years experienced
