For a global player in the field of renewable energies, which develops, designs, builds and manages plants that generate clean energy, I'm looking for a Senior internal Recruiter. The Senior International Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees in our global team.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the first employees point of contact and build influential candidate relationship during the selection process
- Improve and innovate the overall recruiting strategy
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all group companies and countries:
- Define the job description with Line Managers
- Manage the whole selection process: schedule and lead interviews/assessment with candidates and Line Manager
- Manage the job offer process in accordance to the Compensation & Benefits Center of Expertise guidelines
- Welcome the new employee on board
- Create and maintain strong relationships with the line managers and prevent business needs
- Monitor the main recruitment KPIs and provide analytical reporting on candidates interviewed
- Build and develop collaboration with Universities for profiles with strategic implication for the Group Strategy
- Promote and be the first ambassador of our culture, brand and sustainable approach

- Be business oriented: we look for someone who goes under the surface, helping our business understanding their needs and activities
- Resilience and forward-thinking approach
- Experience in Recruiting (at least 5/6 years); experience with both staff and business
- profiles will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of Energy sector will be considered a plus
- Familiar with Compensation and Benefits topics will be considered a plus
- Fluent English
