We are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join a reputable and rapidly growing business based just outside of Thornbury. This company is currently going through a large digital transformation so now is a really exciting time to join.

This role reports directly into the Head of IT Operations and will take day-to-day responsibility for the running of the IT Service Delivery team that provides IT Support for the entire group across various different locations.

We are looking for someone to come in and take ownership across the function, changing / upgrading their processes and implementing new standards as needed. Responsible for ensuring that IT delivers a high level of service across the business

Responsibilities & Experience:

• Proven experience of owning and maturing a Service Delivery Function
• Experience of supplier management, implementing formal service reviews
• Ensure all IT Suppliers & partners are managed effectively
• Experienced in building and maintaining positive client & peer relationships
• Experienced in creating Service Delivery Strategy aligned with the overall direction of IT
• Direct line management of the IT Service Desk Team and Infrastructure PMs
• Ensure SLAs are in place whilst assisting with the creation of SLAs / OLAs - focusing on consistency across the services
• Own the change & release management policy's
