Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Listings Associate for their Dublin City Centre operations.

The role will include:

- Provide advice on registration and listing of fund ranges across different stock exchanges

- Coordinate Due Diligence on regulatory requirements

- Assist in the development of new product structures

- Prepare and present board reports

The ideal candidate will have:

- Prior listings or registrations experience in either a law firm or a financial services institution

- Knowledge of relevant regulation
