- Developing and maintaining OSM cartridges using O2A PIP
- Customization of OOTB cartridges using OSM
- Implementation using O2A PIP, RODOD/RSDOD, OSM O2A PIP extension, Cartridges Version
- Utilizes CFS,RFS configuration model
- Enhancement of existing functionalities in OSM
- Handling deployment and Support
- Work on integrated setup (OSS/BSS) using OSM
- Automation plug in development using XQuery & Java
- Providing advice for PSR Model, Order Transformation
