PMO Lead

An established Insurance business is looking to bring on a PMO Lead to lead the PMO team and manage governance and controls in the Change function for an exciting permanent position.

Role Responsibility

The PMO Lead will lead the PMO team and manage governance and controls in the Change function, as well as guide the senior management on the operation of the change programmes.

You will be responsible for :

• Continuous Improvement of governance controls, change processes, leading design and implementation of improvements
• Performance management for the PMO team
• Engaging with Stakeholders and maintaining relationships
