Our client is one of the leading multinational insurance company. They're now looking for a Program Manager to join their remarkable digital transformation journey.

Program Manager

Role

  • Manage customer transformation program: from strategic planning, business case creation, approval, execution to closure.
  • Build up and manage business cases, project plans, conduct baseline reviews, monitor projects activities and contracts.
  • Responsible for the management and delivery of the portfolio/program to time, quality and within approved budget.
  • Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of on-going relationships with project stakeholders and internal users.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks & resolving Issues; Identifying dependencies and pro-actively managing any corrective actions or Change Requests throughout the lifetime of the program.
  • Proposing changes to the program to the transformation director, including reprioritisation of projects within the roadmap.
  • Overseeing the governance framework and adhering to it.
  • Tracking Benefit realisation across the Program.
  • Ensuring smooth execution of business change delivery in all aspects, including Target Operating Model implementation, BAU changes; defining and managing business readiness prior to go live
  • Connecting with control functions such as Risk, Compliance and Audit to make sure that solutions meet the company's regulatory and control requirements.
  • Giving regular, accurate and appropriate Change Reporting and communication to Sponsor and ExCo groups to make sure the status of progress and that any associated Risks, Issues or Changes are identified, understood and managed, with the appropriate escalation if necessary.
  • Providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, guidance and support to members of the program team for success of change delivery performance across the company.

Requirements

  • 8 years' experience in project/program management
  • Able to analyse and articulate governance, compliance trends and program requirements.
  • Solid vendor management experience for project delivery
  • Solid experience working in insurance or healthcare sectors
  • Experience in working with modern and legacy technology, such as cloud infrastructure, SaaS environment
  • Experience in managing process revamp, upgrade projects, IT projects is bonus
  • Strong capabilities working effectively with all levels of personnel across the organisation
  • Strong capabilities communicating appropriately with excellent facilitation and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, critical thinking, interpersonal & presentation skills
