Project Manager- Operational Excellence
Our client, a leading Lloyd's Broker based in the City of London, is actively looking for an experienced Project Manager who has experience in operational transformation within Insurance ideally. This is a 6 month contract with view to extend, day rate inside IR35.
Responsibilities:
- Work with various business functions to implement operational changes
- Business Process re-engineering
- Transitioning functions offshore
- Working with the development team on automation opportunities
Key Skills:
- A proven track record in operational transformation
- Experience in off-shoring
- Exposure to Automation/ RPA
- Creating process maps and TOM
- Insurance experience
- Ability to work with both business and IT SMEs
