An opportunity has arisen for a Legal & Contracts Manager to join a large organisation on a contract basis. This role will be an ongoing contract to start straight away, working remotely.
The main duties for this role will include;
- Supporting the wider business with contract renewals, extensions, contractual requests and queries
- End to end pre and post signature
- On-boarding new clients and terminating existing contracts
- Negotiating agreements
The successful Legal & Contracts Manager will have;
- Qualified Lawyer
- Experience with contract management
- Experience with RFP contracts
