Seeking an experience senior IT operations engineer responsible to support the engineers in the maintenance and support of daily activities.
This role will be required to respond to complex incidents, tickets or change requests that are sent to IT support for attention.
-using ITSM tooling to handle incidents
-monitoring of IT infrastructure
-upgrading of systems, coaching the IT operations colleagues, suggesting new infrastructure
- 5+ years experience in IT ops or back-end support
- Service management tool exposure to register incidents
- Management of IT infrastructure
- ITIL foundation, v3 or v4 certified
- Bonus: mcsa windows, ccna routing, lpi1, vcp-dtm, nse4 certification
