Director of Claims

Our client, an exciting and growing insurance organization in the industry, is currently seeking a Director of Claims to join their team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Immediate oversight of the book of business and TPA
• Develop and implement claims processing strategies
• Be a key decision maker in the strategic direction of the department
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience

Key Skills:

• 5+ Leadership and technical experience in Commercial Property Insurance
• Wider exposure to Casualty Insurance
• TPA oversight
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

This position is on a hybrid schedule out of Chicago, IL and the budget is flexible depending on level of experience.
