Our client, a leading company in the gas sector based near Liege, is actively seeking a freelance infrastructure architect to join their dynamic team.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced infrastructure architect to design, implement, and maintain our client's network infrastructure systems. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams to ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the network.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy network infrastructure solutions compliant with industry standards and client requirements
- Configure and administer security equipment, including firewalls and network security devices
- Ensure the availability and stability of network services, including DHCP, DNS, WiFi, and routing/switching services
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements
- Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams
Required Skills:
- Over 5 years of experience in designing and managing complex network infrastructures
- CCNP or CCIE certification strongly preferred
- Practical experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English
Conditions:
- Full-time freelance contract
- Two days of remote work per week
- The mission will commence in early March
- Immediate availability preferred
