General Accountabilities:

- Strong skillset and experience with DevOps and CI/CD principles and tools.

- Support non-production environment and third line production support

- Product evaluation, certification, patch management, upgrades and currency

- Define and drive the adoption of the standards for engineering patterns and methodologies.

- Continual review and improvements of automation / processes / Application Management

Experience, including familiarity with ITIL standards

- Strong understanding and experience with UNIX Scripting and Administration

- Understanding and experience with managing Big Data platform such as HDFS, Spark, Hadoop

- Familiarity and experience with networking, load balancer

- Understanding of Messaging Systems and Paradigms (at least one of JMS, MQ, Solace, Kafka, etc.)

- Understanding of Database technologies and Querying (at least one NoSQL and SQL technologies such as Cassandra, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle,)
